Product Description

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your product?

A: We are a certified car dealer in China. All of our vehicles are directly purchased from the OEM. We perform quality inspections after receiving from the OEM and before shipment.

Q: What can I buy from your company?

A: We offer a wide range of vehicles including Electric Cars (EV), New Energy Vehicles (NEV), Gasoline Cars, and Pre-owned Cars.

Q: Do you provide spare parts?

A: We offer life-cycle services - we can supply cars and spare parts. If needed, we can send mechanic experts for overseas maintenance.

Q: How soon will I receive my shipment?

A: You can expect to receive your shipment within 7-10 days. We have sufficient stock ready for shipment.

Order Placement Procedure

Contact our customer service to determine the freight and provide the details of the desired product, including model, configuration, and quantity. You can also arrange freight forwarding by yourself.

We will provide you with a proforma invoice containing all the product details based on your final decision.

To start production, arrange 30% of the payment to our bank account. The production cycle is generally about 10 days, specific to your order configuration and quantity.

After the product is completed, pay the remaining payment and we will arrange delivery through a forwarder. Alternatively, we can provide relevant information for you to arrange forwarder transportation by yourself.

Our customer service will track the product location and notify you when it is about to arrive and when it arrives, so that you can prepare for customs clearance and other related issues.

Once you receive the items, our dedicated after-sales team will be available for your follow-up feedback.

Q2. What does your FOB reference price include?

A: Our FOB price only includes the cost. If you do not have your own freight forwarder, please provide us with a port near your location, and we will quote CIF prices including shipping costs.

Q3. What is your warranty service?

A: We provide a one-year warranty for the motor, battery, and controller.

Q4. Why can't I use Express Service and order by myself?

A: Due to the large volume and presence of batteries in the packaged product, it cannot be transported through Express Service. Rail transportation is an option, but the cost is significantly higher and may result in wear and tear on the product's appearance.

Q5. What if I still insist on home delivery?

A: Please provide your address, and we will check the details to accommodate your request.

Q6. What is your production/delivery time?

A: We aim to control the production/delivery time within 30 days. Generally, the product can be shipped within 10 days, and for simple configurations, it takes 2-3 days.

Q7. Do you test all items before shipping?

A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing before shipment. This includes testing the basic equipment on roads, climbing, raining, and over-water roads.

Q8. Do you support sample shipment?

A: Yes, we support shipping samples to the port.

Q9. How do you guarantee my order after placing it?

A: We will track your order and provide production videos throughout the process. After delivery, we will continue to track the location of the item and provide updates until you receive it. Additionally, dedicated customer service will be available to receive your follow-up feedback.
